Do you guarantee your clothing?
We guarantee all of our clothing. If you are not satisfied with one of our Topo Ranch products or your product has been damaged, return it to the store you bought it from or to Topo Ranch and we will issue a refund, a replacement, or we'll repair it for you.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you find your order doesn't look the way you want, doesn't fit, or maybe you just want a different size or color, we can help you out. E-mail us at email@example.com or call (310)392-8676 to get a Return Authorization Number. Returned items must be undamaged and returned with all tags in tact. All sales are final for items from our sale section, however we will be happy to exchange sizes based on availability. Please send the garment(s) to:
We'll credit back your card as soon as we receive it and confirm its condition. This could take up to three weeks depending on the shipping and processing.

Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail or at any Topo Ranch location.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

How should I wash my clothing?

Not all of our items follow these instructions. Be sure to check your tag for exact instructions and also for spare buttons on most knits, woven shirts and pants. If you cannot find your tag, need an extra button, or have any additional questions feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation e-mail or a shipping notification e-mail?
Order notifications should come within 15 minutes of placing your order. Shipping e-mails come from UPS and should arrive that same day if your order was placed before 2 P.M. Pacific time on Monday - Friday.

Why is there a billing address error even though my information is correct?
The most frequent problem that usually occurs, especially when using auto-fill tools from your browser, comes when your billing address gets entered into Address Line 2 rather than Address Line 1. Check to see if this is the case and make the change if necessary.
My credit card and billing information are entered correctly, and there should be no problems with my card but I keep getting declined... why?
Usually, we do not know why. If there is not a billing address or ccv code mismatch, then the decline is coming from your bank. Either try a different card or call the number on the back of your credit card and they will fix the problem.
I have fixed all my information, called my bank, and tried everything you've suggested and I STILL can't get my order to go through. What can I do?

Why can't I add items to my shopping cart?
Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser. They are used to remember items that you put in your cart while you continue to shop.

This information will never be disclosed to any third parties and will be used to provide convenience to our returning customers.
